About Us
Jeff and Sue were both born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. They were married in 1993. They have 2 children.
Both Jeff and Sue have had many pets including fish, hamsters, birds and dogs. Our current pets are 2 toy poodles ,a German Shepherd and a Cockatiel.
We started by watching family, friends, and then neighbors pets. When a neighbor suggested we start a pet sitting business. So in 2006 we started LazyDog Pet Sitters as a Fulltime Pet Sitting Service. We now cover from Beloit, Wisconsin to Loves Park , Illinois.
We both have over 20 years of experience watching dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. Occiasionally we will foster a deer or bunny. We also work with animals who have been neglected or abused..the local Humane Society, the ASPCA, and Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary. We have also been trained on Pet CPR.
We give personal attention to each of your pets, and We will personally be your pet sitters- as we do not hire teenagers or regular employees. We do have others ready for backup in case of emergency.
